Thanks for your interest in Bugzilla hosting for your projects.

As I'm sure you know wush.net is closing down and is recommending devZing as a replacement.

I wanted to take a moment and tell you who devZing is.

devZing has been providing Bugzilla and Subversion hosting since 2009 including a broad roster of small, medium and large companies. Including very security conscious financial institutions, NASA, game companies, online retailers, consultancies, medical device manufacturers and cyber security companies.

We are a small family run business and you are likely to have the owner (Wayne) respond to your support requests which we strive to do within a couple hours and never more than 24.

We also maintain a very high uptime, typically between 99.9% and 99.99% which includes all scheduled downtime. You can view our live uptime stats at any time at status.devzing.com

Our pricing is similar to wush.net, but slightly different you can check out the pricing page for all the details.

In order for you to feel comfortable with our level of service we are offering all wush customers a free month once your data has been migrated.

We also have a data center in the UK for those cases when you have better connectivity to Europe.

We support Bugzilla features beyond standard bug tracking such as whining and emailing in bugs. Additionally, you can customize the home page, push backups to your server, initiate backups via API, set up a custom domain

There is a help library at docs.devzing.com/category/bugzilla.

The exact process for migrating your data from wush to devZing will vary a bit depending on your situation. In all cases please create a trial account for the services you want to migrate.

  • For Bugzilla or Trac get a backup of your Bugzilla from Wush and open a ticket with devZing and include a link to your backup via Dropbox, Google Drive or similar.
  • For Subversion you can do the same thing, or if you only have 1 repo you can send the credentials and we can do a remote backup. Once migrated you will need to create users and grant them permissions as that is not part of any Subversion backup. See Adding Users to Subversion

If you have any other questions feel free to email support@devzing.com and we'll get back to you right away.
